The Spring Creek Medical Centre medical team is proud to offer the highest standard of patient-centred comprehensive healthcare. We are a group of highly experienced, dedicated, and professional family doctors who are passionate about family medicine. Our highly trained doctors have extensive experience in family medicine, emergency medicine, and women’s health. We strive to be exceptional in our patient care, providing evidence-based, patient-centred care in a friendly, warm environment.
CLINIC HOURS
Our Medical Centre is curently open for appointment only bookings Monday to Friday. We are not a walk-in Centre and don’t accept walk-in at the moment, but will do so in the future as more Physician join our practice.
Monday: 9am – 5pm
Tuesday: 9am – 5pm
Wednesday: 9am – 5pm
Thursday: 9am – 5pm
Friday: 9am – 5pm
Appointment Booking can be made through the Ava Connect Portal or by phone but note that online booking is the quickest approach as our phone lines maybe busy with the high volume of calls we receive.
